He is the main villian during the events of Ganbare Goemon Toukai Douchuu. He is a tengu that commands armies of monsters in order to collect the three mystical items, he also hired Mr. Goemon's gang to distract Goemon and Ebisumaru.He is a parody of sorts of Commander Matthew Perry his actions are parodied throughout the game.
