| December supplemental 1997 | The first story in the Ganbare Goemon Anime series is a retelling of the first episode of the anime, minus most of the the Tsukasa B-plot details. Asuka and Noboru are not present as well as any scene containing Tsukasa's parents. The story has Tsukasa play games on his PC when Goemon climbs through the monitor and scares Tsukasa. The following day after Tsukasa has calmed down, they pass Wonder Zone and hear a commotion. All the games have gone haywire. Seppukumaru and the Four Tsujikiri have broken all the games, causing the rage gage to grow. At max power, Seppukumaru summons a giant toad to eat Goemon. Luckily, Yae, Ebisumaru and Omitsu have arrived with Ohage and help Goemon break free. Goemon summons impact and they save the day buy punching the frog monster away. | |
| January supplemental 1998 | At Christmas time, the Goemon Team had just thwarted Seppukumaru's latest attempt to fill the rage gauge with a rooster styled mecha. While the team hangs out at Tsukasa's house, Omitsu and Goemon end up having a fight due to Christmas being a time for giving gifts to loved ones and Goemon having no gift. While Omitsu cries, Seppukumaru sees couples giving each other gifts and works to increase the rage gauge by sabotaging each romantic encounter. With enough rejections, Seppukumaru summons a new mecha that looks like a squished head with a trashcan hat and boomboxes as arm pads. Goemon and his team rush to fight the new threat, but are defeated because he doesn't have enough power. Omitsu then arrives with special Christmas ohagi, confesses her love for Goemon, and helps the team summon Impact. With many consecutive punches, the mecha is destroyed and the team celebrates Christmas with Tsukasa's family while Goemon and Omitsu sit on Impact's head to enjoy the starlit sky. | |
| February 1998 | During a normal day at school, Tsukasa's teacher is having trouble keeping the kids in order. While she struggles with maintaining order, Dr. Mudanashi and Protein appear to cause trouble by locking the bathrooms, replacing meals and cutting recess. As the children suffer, their teacher stumbles upon their plan and is apprehended. Goemon appears to save her, but it is too late and Dr. Mudanashi's mecha is complete when the rage gauge fills to completion. Goemon summons Impact to fight a Gundam styled mecha outside the school. Impact struggles to fight the robot until a student is almost crushed and Tsukasa's teacher gets angry and yells back in defiance. This gives Impact the power he needs to defeat the robot and save the day. The comic ends with Goemon and his team thanking Tsukasa's teacher and all the students being grateful. | |
| March 1998 | Protein is on the street selling a magical camera to everyone that passes by. A single photo from the old Polaroid camera turns anyone into an incredibly handsome/beautiful individual. The camera is a success and many flock to Protein to have their picture taken. Sasuke happens to come across the crowd and starts to photograph all the pretty cuties. When Sasuke develops his photos, he finds all the women had changes from beauties to ugly and disfigured beings. He goes to warn the others, only to find everyone has already had their picture taken. At first, none agree with Sasuke that the camera is an issue, but when they see everyone turning ugly on the TV, they leap into action. All the chaos had helped Dr. Mudanashi and Protein to create a giant camera mecha that can take pictures of victims to automatically turn them ugly and increase the rage gauge. The heroes summon Impact to fight, only for the mecha to take Impact's picture and have the entire team turn into Picasso-like paintings, making it impossible to control Impact properly due to the team's collective panic. Sasuke comes to the rescue by printing out pictures of Goemon, Ebisumaru and Yae, and putting a cardboard cutout on their heads. This allows them to focus enough to defeat Dr. Mudanashi. The comic ends with Omitsu panicking because she cannot find which one of the team is the real Goemon, given Sasuke had put the wrong mask on the wrong person by accident. | |
| April 1998 | The Goemon Team and Tsukasa's family are all out enjoying the cherry blossoms and having a picnic. As they all are merry, the Four Tsujikiri show up, but are promptly handled by Goemon. They agree to cause no trouble as the group compete in silly activities, such as Ebisumaru eating an extreme amount of food, Monoshiri performing a dance routine, Sasuke flying, Yae giving everyone nosebleeds by stripping her shoulder, Omitsu spinning to have her sash undone, and even Tsukasa's mom dressing up as Sasuke. Dr. Mudanashi appears to cause trouble, but is punted away by Impact and the team concludes their easy day. | |
| May 1998 | A new furry fluff ball pet has appeared and is driving the citizens crazy. Everyone wants one. While Goemon and the team stand in line to get a furry new pet, Protein sees them and Dr. Mudanashi strings his trap. The furry ball monster grows into a kaiju monster and attacks. Goemon summons Impact, but the latter has trouble fighting the creature because it is too cute. Upon certain defeat, Impact notices a zipper on the monsters back. Unzipping it reveals a hideous old face, giving Impact the resolve to super punch the monster and defeat it. | |
| Winter Special | The winter special takes place almost entirely in the game world and plays off as an origin story. Seppukumaru is up to no good and causing chaos all over the city. Goemon struggles with getting Impact to grow, to later learn that only Omitsu's special ohagi can help make Impact grow. Seppukumaru uses two mechas in this chapter, one that looks like a boss from Ganbare Goemon Kirakira Dōchū on the Super Famicom and another looking like a giant mountain-sized temple food monster. With Impact's strength and Ebisumaru's stomach, they defeat Seppukumaru. The comic closes with the team recounting the story to Tsukasa as they relax in his room. | |
